Wallingford helps worthy cause

Wallingford recently helped fund the fight against breast cancer when Partners handed over a Branch Council cheque for £500 to the local-based charity, Action Against Breast Cancer (ABC).

The money was gratefully received by the Leader of the Research Group, Dr. Anthony Leatham and Sarah Claridge, Communications and Marketing Manager, ABC.

“Its wonderful”, enthused Dr. Leatham. “It will help us look at the diet and life style of women in this area who have breast cancer to increase the survival rate.
