Golf days raise money for Caravan and Age UK

Celebrities, Partners and suppliers shared a driving ambition to raise money for charity in two golf days run by John Lewis and Waitrose at the Winter Hill Golf Club in Cookham last month.
Waitrose raised £145,000 for the grocery charity Caravan, while John Lewis’s £125,000 went to Age UK.
Now in its 15th year, the event saw more than 40 teams taking part. Celebrities playing included ex-England cricketers Phil Tufnell, Darren Gough and Ronnie Irani; retired footballers Ray Parlour, Paul Merson and Alan Brazil; and rugby star Matt Dawson.
