Bath baking sensation now at Waitrose

On opening this morning, among the Partners and flurry of activity to get the branch ready for its busy re-opening day, you would have found local French chef and baker Richard Bertinet carefully bagging and merchandising his freshly baked bread in an area specially set aside for his produce.

The Bertinet Bakery, which is known locally for its cookery school and shop in city centre, is now supplying 8 of its specially baked breads, including its renowned sourdough, to Waitrose every day.
