Bingo time for Canary Wharf

Partners at Canary Wharf launched the volunteering scheme with a Christmas Party for The Globe Town Pensioners’ Club.  It had recently received a Community Matters donation of £375 which funded the occasion.

Eleven Partners helped organise the party, which included a festive buffet, a visit from Pearly Kings and Queens and entertainment from singer Jessica Lovelock, who works in Hospitality.

Another Hospitality Partner, Tony Tall, showcased some impressive skills when he ran a bingo game. 

Each Pensioner was given a Christmas Pudding or a box or biscuits to take home with them.
