New Merchandise Ordering System

Anyone familiar with ordering and the Order-Up to Factor Tables may be equally familiar with using their fingers to help with the sums – and possibly their toes as well.  Anything that will simplify all this mental arithmetic is likely to be good news, which is why we are using the computer for our new Ordering System.

In the new Ordering System the computer does the calculation but the final decisions are left firmly in the hands of Partners doing the ordering so that the tradition skill and foresight are as important as ever.  An outline of how the new operation will work was given to Brach Managers at their recent conference.
