School children learn about seafood

Four Partners from our Scottish branches helped to spread the message about the health benefits of eating seafood last week when they attended a Seafood event at Bathgate Academy in West Lothian.

Morningside’s ASM Food Service, Robbie Cameron and Meat and Fish Specialist Andrew Schamm attended on the first day, while Comely  Bank’s ASM Customer Services Nikky Banks and Meat and Fish Specialist Wayne Lynch were at the second day.

The programme teaches children about Scottish seafood, where it comes from, how it reaches their plates and why eating it is good for them.
