Nick Nairn cooks treats at four branches

Celebrity Chef Nick Nairn conducted a whirlwind tour of four Waitrose branches in only two days last week, to carry out cookery demonstrations and promote a new range of sauces he has launched in conjunction with Baxters.  Nick visited Newark, Cambridge, Thatcham and Twyford, cooking exotic dishes such as prawns in hot pepper sauce with noodles, and steak in whiskey and peppercorn sauce.  He also signed copies of his book Island Harvest, before answering customers queries about BBC TV programme Ready Steady Cook.
