Hertford's customer care award hat trick

Hertford Partners are celebrating winning the Hertford Town Council Customer Care Award for the third successive year.

The award was presented by the Mayor of Hertford after Waitrose received the highest number of public nominations for excellent customer care in the council’s annual survey.

Partners are particularly proud and delighted with the recognition this year as we celebrate our 20th year.
