Easter Egg donation

Waitrose Supply Chain has donated 100 Easter Eggs to the Sebastian’s Action Trust, the UK’s only purpose built facility to offer respite holidays to very sick children and their families.

The Chocolate which was sourced from our RDC in Aylesford, was donated to the charity in time for an Easter Egg Hunt in their headquarters in Hampshire, with the Supply Chain Partner Alastair Vince-Porteous driving a van down to the charity last Tuesday.

Sebastian Action Trust is a really good, local charity to Bracknell and we’ve supported them in the past”, said DM Fresh Foods Warehouse at Bracknell Mark Mackay, who organised the donation.  “Our thanks go to Laura Savery at Aylesford and Asta Paulauskiene from Head Office who sourced the eggs – without their help and support we wouldn’t have been able to get the eggs”.
