Club scouts earn a badge at Caterham

Caterham played host to a group of cub scouts to help them earn their health and fitness badges.

Deputy Manager David Jackson explained: “The visit was arranged to allow the 3rd Caterham cub scouts to gether some knowledge as part of their personal health and fitness badge, which they are in the process of completing”.

The group were given a tour of the warehouse, chillers and freezers by ASM Provisions Tessa Jones and Lorna Hale, a retail management trainee organised two quizzes based on storage and food labelling. 

Before leaving, the cubs were treated to a selection of soft drinks and biscuits and were given a bag for life each containing a Waitgrose Food Illustrated magazine, By Invitation catalogue and other leaflets to take home to their parents.
