Poynton supports bake-off

Poynton Partners recently teamed up with the local Methodist Church to support a bake-off style competition to raise maoney for the charity ‘Tearfund‘.

The event was part of a compaign called “Enough Food for Everyone IF“, which is about getting food to the people who need it.  The branch helped out by providing the ingredients for the cakes and bakes – but couldn’t resist getting involved in the challenge.

The event raised £402 after the cakes and bakes were auctioned off at the end of the day.
