A tribute to Rita Marsh

Salisbury’s Home Department paid tribute to their friend and former colleague, Rita Marsh, when they presented a cheque for £1,000 to her husband Graham.

Adam Jones, Department Manager Home gave him the cheque on behalf of Waitrose to donate to the Salisbury Hospice Care Trust in memory of Rita, who died in May.

Rita who joined the Partnership in 1997 was a keen gardener and put her expertise to good use in the gardening section, where her knowledge was invaluable when dealing with stock and customer service.

She also planned the garden surrounding the stores FAD patio area, which colleagues felt made a fitting location for the presentation.
