Debbie's winning habit

The thrill of winning in the popular television quiz show Catch Phrase is just the latest in a phenomenal record of success for Oxted Partner Debbie Markley.

Colleagues at the Convenience Area 2 store in Surrey were not unduly surprised when Debbie, a part-timer and mother of two, won£28,800 prize money and a holiday for four to Florida, which she has booked for this summer, as well as a theme park break for two days with a year’s pass to go as many times as she and her family would like.

Debbie has won so many competition prizes that she hasn’t paid for a holiday since 2006.  However she admits that this latest win is a real highlight.  “I don’t really have a special recipe for success, I just tend to enter a number of competitions and I’ve just been lucky”.
