Lawrence's new bike

Bracknell Transport Partners clubbed together to raise money for Chiswick Partner Lawrence Adams to buy a new bike after his was stolen recently.

Lawrence who regularly helps unload lorries at the branch and has got to know the drivers well, brought a new bike with his 2013 Bonus and used it for commuting to and from work.  When it was stolen Ian Bartlett secretly organised a collection from Bracknell Transport, including drivers, office staff and workshop Partners, to buy Lawrence another bike.

“Ian managed to collect £325 and arranged with BM James Parkin to present the cheque to Lawrence when he next visited.  Ian spent a great deal of time collecting, and even came in on his rest day!”, said AM Shift Manager, Ian Keen.
