Marlborough's town centre blaze
Marlborough high street has once again been ravaged by a fire, which destroyed three 17th century buildings and brought the town to a halt as firefighters battled to put out the blaze.
Waitrose Marlborough situated a few shops down from the incident, was quick to help, providing ingredients for sandwiches needed to feed firefighters through the night.
Many were still on site the next day, and dining room Partners prepared sandwiches and freshly cooked chicken and chips, packed in Waitrose cake boxes to sustain those remaining.
