Bracknell pair run together

Two Bracknell staff have taken part in a run to raise £500 for the British Heart Foundation.

Sue Gibbons, who works on the Buying Helpline and Angela Whilde, who works in Horticulture Buying, completed their run in the Woodley 10k run in one hour and four minutes.

The pair had decided to take part in the run to raise the money for the BHF because both their parents had major heart operations in the past.

Sue who lives in Woodley said the pair were planning to take part in another Flora 10k run in September.

She said: “We decided to get sponsorship together and received a lot of support from Partners and from friends”.
