Caversham: Reading Festival helps sales to soar

Beer, water, disposable barbecues and pot noodles flew off the shelves at our Caversham branch last weekend, as more than 60,000 festival-goers descended on Reading.

The branch sold thousands of cans and bottles of beer and alcopops, as well as huge amounts of vodka, water and 600 disposable barbecues.
