Portishead celebrates its first delivery

Portishead’s first WaitroseDeliver customer was presented with a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers to celebrate the occasion.

Driver Tony Aiken and ASM Deliver Chris Rixton made the drop off last month to a regular Waitrose shopper.

Dr Tasker, the first person to use the delivery service said: “I am very impressed with the service, I certainly wasn’t expecting champagne with my delivery”.
