Lively butter is top
Unsalted butter was the subject of a taste test in the Guardian, with Waitrose-sold Burro Occelli’s coming top.
The butter which scored five out of five, was described as a ‘class act; fresh, delicate, lively, slightly herby, just eat it on it’s own’.
