Caversham Partners were treated to a meat and fish skills training evening earlier this month.

Meat and Fish Specialist Kevin Mercer hosted the event, which was attended by most Partners in the section.

The evening consisted of fish filleting, gutting and skinning training, improving customer service techniques and promoting associated sales.  The meat training included traceability and counter presentation.

DM Customer Services Paul White said: "The evening was a great success and finished in a product knowledge quiz, which was jointly won by Dion Winship and Sarah Heaps".
