New record bowled over

Adam McIntosh, centre, Waitrose Councillor, Linda Prentice, second right and Carl Lee DM Trainee, far right, presented £1,000 to Peterborough Special Baby Care Unit Team (L-R) Mikki Nightingale, Helen Taylor and Barbara Rohman-Moses.

Peterborough Partners raised the money when a team of six notched up a world record, bowling continously at the town’s LakesideSuperbowl with a time of 38 hours 18 minutes 44 seconds – seven hours longer than the previous record.

Waitrose gave a £500 donation.
