Ken Hom, a leading exponent of Chinese cooking demonstrated his stir fry technique at three Waitrose branches in February 2000.
Coinciding with Chinese New Year Ken impressed the customers at Waitrose Surbiton and also visited Beaconsfield and South Harrow.
