Chichester cheque

Chichester presented a cheque for £6,000 to be shared between six different local charities last month thanks to our November and December Community Matters Scheme.

Representatives from Stonepillow, Tall Ships, Chichester City Band, Macmillan, Chichester Coronary Care and St Wilfred’s Hospice joined BM Martin Jenkins and SMP Elaine Nicol for some mulled wine and Christmas nibbles.

“The evening was arranged by CM co-ordinator Julie Jackson and was a great success and a real opportunity for us to see and hear about the plans for spending the donations from the scheme” said Elaine.
