Bench with a view

Fleet school children took a seat on environmentally friendly benches donated by Waitrose to Fleet Pond Nature Reserve.

Children from All Saints Junior School tried out the new benches as they toured the area, a recognised Site of Scientific Interest for its reed beds and marsh habitat.

Fleet ponds is a part of a regeneration plan and it is hoped the benches will encourage people to visit the park and improve walks for people with mobility problems.
