What was the previous store before Waitrose and when was the building built?

The store was previously a Somerfield and depending on when the store was built it would have been a Gateway (or Keymarkets) up to May 1994. You need to type ‘Dee Corporation’ into Google to get all the previous brand names and history leading up to that date.
