Easter Patisserie winners

This Easter, the Retail Counters team challenged branches to submit photographs of the best Easter patisserie displays, and the results were announced last week.

The winner of the best counter display was John Barnes and the best self-service display went to Harborne.  Both branches received signed Fiona Cairns books as prizes.

Our Hailsham branch was highly commended for its counter display and was rewarded with a cake.

This summer there will be at least 12 new lines to add to our Patisserie range.
