Bag pack funds sky dive appeal

A group of Nailsea Partners helped pupils from a local school raise £2,281.15 in a fundraising that included three days bag packing at the store following the loss of a local teenager to bowel cancer.

The funds went towards funding a sky dive on 7 May in memory of Joe Porter who was a victim of bowl cancer at just 16.  Students from years 10 and 11 of Nailsea School threw themselves into the bag-packing across Easter weekend with the help of two Partners Customer Service Assistants Jacqui Seager and Ellie Bell as well as some of Joe’s family.
