Play area is ship-shape

St Ives Partners built a boat-themed adventure playground as part of a team building day.

All ASM’s, SM’s, DM’s and the Branch Manager took part in the project at Neminaford Grey Primary School.

The ASM’s who had spent the previous few days planning and organising the day’s work, took charge.  Acting as site managers, they took decisions on tasks to be carried out and divided the labour.

Once the project had been completed, the group had a feed back session, each ASM and SM making a presentation.
