Sudbury: NSPCC Ball sponsorship

Sudbury teamed up with the Suffolk branch of children’s charity the NSPCC to hold a Fundraising Ball.

The Suffolk May Ball, held every three years, involved 15 months of planning between the branch and the NSPCC.

The event, which raised a massive £20 000, was held at Melford Hall, the home of Lord and Lady Hyde-Parker.  350 guests from across East Anglia attended.

Sudbury supplied the goodies for the champagne reception including 1,500 various canapes and 180 bottles of champagne.  Waitrose also supplied the wine for the meal that followed and two deserts from the By Invitation range.
