Kids learn healthy eating at Hertford

A Group of five and six year old children learned about the Waitrose Food Explorer range for kids when they visited our Hertford branch.

The branch visit by Tower Primary School was part of Year One’s healthy eating project.  The youngsters were given the opportunity to taste a variety of fruit and vegetables and learn about the importance of a healthy diet from an early age.

The pupils were then treated to a peak inside the freezer room.

Before going home each child was given a Food Explorer Bag for Life brimming with products and information about the range.
