Peterborough helps cathedral clean up
Peterborough’s DM Merchandise Sarah Jackson represented the branch at a historical event at the city’s cathedral.
The cathedral has undergone more than six years cleaning and conversation work and The Duke of Gloucester visited the building to unveil two plaques acknowledging the generosity of more than 1,500 donors who contributed in excess £7.3 million to clean up appeal.
A donation from our branch covered the cost of one of the plaques and Sarah (in picture) met the Duke and the Lord Lieutenant, Lord Leatham.
