Wallingford Celebrates
Waitrose Wallingford celebrated 30 years in business last Wednesday.
The branch first opened at the start of decimalisation, when a loaf of white bread cost 10 pence and a pint of milk just 6 pence.
Since that time Wallingford has grown from a store with 102 Partners, to nearly 200 and celebrated three decades in business with a special birthday cake.
