Five specialists cook up a treat

OAKHAMPTON Partners were treated to a first-class meal when the branch’s specialists worked together, combining all their culinary expertise.

SM Food Service Wendy Board said: “After work, five of our specialists cooked a meal fit for a king for the rest of our Partners”.

The branch’s resident fish specialist began the meal with a starter of Mille Feville of sea fish with a roasted pepper sauce.  The main course was pork olives, croquette potatoes and vegetable stir fry, and dessert was an orange bread and butter pudding with blood orange marmalade.  Each course was accompanied by wine.  A selection of cheeses completed the meal.
