Past Partners help at local Age Concern

AGE CONCERN Northampton & County has a welcome new service thanks to four retired Partners.

Rita Gibbs, Dorothy Winyard, Betty Parbery and Rita Cluagthery are doing the shopping for the local elderly.

AGE CONCERN sends the ladies shopping lists.  They go to the Kingsthorpe branch, shop, eat at the canteen where they meet old friends, and hand over the shopping to the charity.

AGE CONCERN then delivers the groceries to the elderly, housebound and disabled, who pay £2 for the service.
