Headington builds relationships

SM Personnel Mark Gilbaut has been focusing on building relationships with Headington’s local community.

He recently visited schools and colleges  to give talks on what it’s like to work for Waitrose, as well as presenting cheques to three beneficiaries of the Community Matters scheme in December.

Because of the Giving More at Christmas campaign increasing the shared donation from £1,000 to £3,000 it was a happy Christmas for the mental health charity Restore, The Spires Cleft Centre, Oxford and My Life, My Choice, which supports people with learning disabilities.  They received donations of £1,194, £1,929, and £777 respectively.
