Anna Maria lends a hand
Northwood Operations Partner Anna Maria Morris has been getting arty at a local school where she volunteers two mornings and one afternoon a week.
Anna Maria, who studied Art, assists children aged four to five at Ruislip’s Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School – where her son is a pupil – with colouring, cutting out, signing nursery rhymes, using the keyboard, baking, making fruit salad and supervising and observing them during play.
“I thoroughly enjoy it”, she said. “I already volunteered there before Partner Volunteering came about, but when it did I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to do a bit more and contribute more to the school.
