Customer Sales and Support
The Customer Sales and Support Centre (CSSC) has seen its annual increase in Partners to support the seasonal peak trading period which is upon us.
The Chronicle caught up with some of the Partners this week as they were being taken through their training before being let loose on the phones next week.
“The recruitment campaign is always popular with the local community”, says Recruitment Admin and Process Managaer Dorene Ward. “The new temporary Partners are a mixture of returning seasonal Partners and new Partners – a number of which have come to us from the local job centre”.
The CSSC team increases to around 200 Partners during peak trade and they are predicted to handle36,500 customers at this, with over 6,000 customers on the busiest day.
