Alcester: visit to Cheesecellar
Alcester’s Food Service Partners spent a day visiting the production site of a local cheesemaker, Ansteys, also known as Cheesecellar, organised by Meat and Fish Specialist Adam Bunting.
As well as learning about the manufacturing processes involved in making cheeses such as Worcester White, which is a favourite among customers, the Partners were also able to have a go at making some cheese.
